I’m a certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (Helsinki) and have been working in various projects with ServiceNow since 2014. I have extensive technical hands-on experience with developing together with many years of knowledge in ITIL and business processes.

I started my IT career 2000 working with IBM Domino Lotus Notes.

The previous years before I left completely to ServiceNow, I was a solution architect and a full-stack developer. Backend IBM Domino and Frontend Sencha Ext JS 3. I was developing web applications for:

  • Project management
  • Resource management
  • Incident management
  • Case management
  • Finance control
  • Document management

Ola has helped us with many qualified scripting/development tasks and investigations, where we were stuck ourselves.  

He is very skilled and works fast, professional and structured and he is always very prepared before meetings and tasks, as well as good in doing documentation.

He also has a lot of good ideas and suggestions – and thinks end to end and on the actual goal to see how we best can reach it, which also means sometimes questioning the actual request from the end user to see how we do it in the best way.

And also – what is very important for us – he is a team player, which means that he listens and asks when needed – and we always come to mutual agreements – even though we can have discussions and argumentations in the way coming there – just as it should be when you have a good working team.

We like the perfect mix of having a professional teamwork, where we are efficient in solving tasks – but at the same time can have fun and be relaxed with each other.
